Do you have a mailing list?
Yes, please click on the ‘contact’ link and e-mail me, just put 'mailing list' as the subject and I will be able to send you updates to let you know about new items I have added to the shop.

How long will I have to wait for my item?
Some of the articles I have already made, so all I need to do is put them in the post and I do this as soon as payment has been received.
Others I will need to make up, so please allow about a week for make up and then postal delivery time. Within Australia this should only take a couple of days so 2 weeks should be the maximum you would need to wait.

Can you custom make items?
Yes, I can. If you would like a piece of clothing in a different colour, or without the embroidery, I should be able to accommodate this provided I have the fabric. Also, as I have mentioned in the shop announcement I am making maternity clothing – most things can be made to fit a maternity bump.
Please just e-mail me with your request and I will get back to you to let you know if this is possible.

How do you come up with your designs?
Go to the profile page and via this you will find my musings blog. Before I add a piece, I write something about it and add different pictures of the garment. There is also a link to my flickr public page, just click on one of the photos on the right hand side and this will take you there.

Where else can I buy 5trillion clothes from?
You can also make purchases at my Etsy shop – http://www.5trillion.etsy.com. The reason I also have an Etsy shop is that sometimes I make one off items or children’s clothing that does not really fit it with the garments I have for sale here.

What is your returns policy?
If you have received an item that you are not happy with due to it not being as described or damaged, you may return it for a full refund or store credit, less postage.
Please return with a note or e-mail advising me why it is being returned.
